8. Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure

Self-Exclusion

Where an account is closed by jile90 due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, eligible balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any required verification.
